This soft dessert will be a celebration cake for any chocolate gourmet.
Ingredients:
- 250 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher) or you can take the mix of milk and dark chocolate
- 5 large eggs
- salt
Cooking method:
- Preheat oven to 480 degrees F (250 degrees C). 2 / 3 of chocolate break into pieces and melt in a water bath without stirring.
- Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks (they need a little light) and connect them with melted chocolate.
- Beat whites with a pinch of salt until thick consistency, be careful not to overbeat, otherwise the whites will give the water!
- Add chocolate, stir, do not stir too long, otherwise it lose the air: the mass should be consistency of mousse or soufflé. 4. Put buttered or oiled paper for baking in the form of diameter of 10-15 cm, put into it the chocolate mix and bake in the oven for 8 minutes - no more and no less. Remove from oven and cool for half an hour, then refrigerate overnight or for 12 hours.
- Melt the remaining chocolate and put it over the cake and cool it in the fridge for 10 minutes. Cut the cake with hot knife, previously lowered into boiling water.
