Soft chocolate cake






This soft dessert will be a celebration cake for any chocolate gourmet.



Ingredients:

  • 250 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher) or you can take the mix of milk and dark chocolate
  • 5 large eggs
  • salt



Cooking method:



  1. Preheat oven to 480 degrees F (250 degrees C).  2 / 3 of chocolate break into pieces and melt in a water bath without stirring. 

  2. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks (they need a little light) and connect them with melted chocolate. 

  3. Beat whites with a pinch of salt until thick consistency, be careful not to overbeat, otherwise the whites will give the water!

  4. Add chocolate, stir, do not stir too long, otherwise it lose the air: the mass should be consistency of mousse or soufflĂ©. 4. Put buttered or oiled paper for baking in the form of diameter of 10-15 cm, put into it the chocolate mix and bake in the oven for 8 minutes - no more and no less. Remove from oven and cool for half an hour, then refrigerate overnight or for 12 hours. 

  5. Melt the remaining chocolate and put it over the cake and cool it in the fridge for 10 minutes. Cut the cake with hot knife, previously lowered into boiling water.
