Hot chocolate



Winter is in full swing, so coming from the street in winter evenings nice to pamper yourself with a cup of hot chocolate. But I do not mean that "chocolate" in the powder, which is sold in every store, but real. Try it, it will take a little time and the pleasure will be much greater.


Ingredients:
  • 120 g dark chocolate
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1-2 tablespoon sugar
Cooking method:
  1. Pour half the milk in a saucepan, add the chocolate broken into pieces, put on fire, and stir, wait until the chocolate melts.
  2. In the remaining milk dissolve starch and pour in the chocolate intense whipping whisk. Add sugar. Stirring, warm over low heat for another 5 minutes until the mixture begins to thicken.
