Chocolate mousse

We have a lot of recipes of chocolate mousse, and each of them has its taste. This chocolate mousse with vanile will be perfect dessert for family dinner. I think parents like it even more then children.

Ingredients:
  • 150 g dark chocolate (or white chocolate + 50 g sugar)
  • 150 ml cream
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 80 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • sea salt
Cooking method:

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  2. Cut along the vanilla pod, remove the seeds with the knife from the pod, put them in cream, then pour the cream into the melted chocolate.
  3. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with the sugar, bring them into the chocolate creamy mass, and mix gently.
  4. Beat whites with a pinch of salt in the solid foam.
  5. Combine whites with a mass of chocolate and gently stir.
  6. Put the resulting mass into a deep bowl, glass or cups and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.

Bon appetit!
