We have a lot of recipes of chocolate mousse, and each of them has its taste. This chocolate mousse with vanile will be perfect dessert for family dinner. I think parents like it even more then children.
Ingredients:
- 150 g dark chocolate (or white chocolate + 50 g sugar)
- 150 ml cream
- 1 vanilla pod
- 80 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- sea salt
Cooking method:
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
- Cut along the vanilla pod, remove the seeds with the knife from the pod, put them in cream, then pour the cream into the melted chocolate.
- Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with the sugar, bring them into the chocolate creamy mass, and mix gently.
- Beat whites with a pinch of salt in the solid foam.
- Combine whites with a mass of chocolate and gently stir.
- Put the resulting mass into a deep bowl, glass or cups and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
